Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes, assigning drivers to maximize efficiency and meet delivery time windows.
- Monitor real-time driver progress using GPS and dispatch software; provide immediate support to address delivery issues or delays.
- Act as the central communication point between drivers, customers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of delivery activities, incidents, and dispatch logs.
- Adjust schedules and respond to last-minute changes to ensure continuity of service throughout the workday.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or logistics-related degree a plus.
- 1+ year of experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics (last-mile delivery preferred).
- Strong multitasking, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
