Job Responsibilities:

• • Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes, assigning drivers to maximize efficiency and meet delivery time windows.

• • Monitor real-time driver progress using GPS and dispatch software; provide immediate support to address delivery issues or delays.

• • Act as the central communication point between drivers, customers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• • Maintain accurate and organized records of delivery activities, incidents, and dispatch logs.

• • Adjust schedules and respond to last-minute changes to ensure continuity of service throughout the workday.

Qualifications:

• • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or logistics-related degree a plus.

• • 1+ year of experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics (last-mile delivery preferred).

• • Strong multitasking, time management, and decision-making skills.

• • Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

• • Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
